A fresh opportunity has emerged within M4 as we introduce a brand-new Talent Leader (Recruitment Resourcer) position within our South West Territory. As part of our innovative growth and expansion strategy, powered by industry leading AI tech, our new Talent Team will take full ownership of the candidate journey, including all recruitment, onboarding & compliance activity to deliver a fast, compliant, and high-quality service for our clients and management teams. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is organised, people-focused, analytical, passionate about recruitment delivery, looking to grow their career within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

Key Responsibilities of a Talent Leader:
- Post job adverts and proactively source suitable candidates
- Screen applicants and support shortlisting for Business Managers & Account Managers
- Manage the full onboarding process, ensuring accuracy and a positive candidate experience
- Complete compliance checks (RTW, licences, references, etc.) to maintain audit readiness
- Oversee timesheet administration including reminders, accuracy checks, and query resolution
- Act as a point of contact for candidate or client queries, escalating where needed
- Maintain accurate pipelines, trackers, and reports to support operational planning
- Collaborate with the wider Talent Team to share best practice and ensure service consistency
What we’re looking for:
- Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
- Analytically minded, with the ability to interpret data, spot trends and use insights to drive smarter, faster decision making.
- A proactive, people-focused approach
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in recruitment administration, resourcing or customer service (advantageous but not essential)
