M4 Specialist is currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (CE) Drivers for a new site working with one of the UK’s largest health and beauty retailers. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for competitive pay, guaranteed hours, consistent work and a supportive working environment.

Pay Rates

  • Days: £21.28 per hour
  • Nights: £23.00 per hour
  • Overtime: £24.73 per hour
  • Sundays & Bank Holidays: £25.88 per hour

The Role

As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for making deliveries across the South-East, including London. Drivers will be supported by a Drivers Mate, allowing you to focus on safe and professional delivery.

  • 4–5 shifts per week
  • Average shift length of 10–12 hours
  • Various start windows available: 00:00–04:00, 08:00–12:00, 12:00–16:00, 16:00–20:00, 20:00–00:00

You will have the flexibility to select the start window that best suits your availability and preferred working pattern.

Requirements

  • Valid UK HGV Class 1 (CE) licence with a minimum of 2 years' experience
  • Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph
  • Maximum 6 penalty points, with SP/TS endorsements only
  • Good understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Directive (WTD) regulations
  • Professional, reliable and safety-conscious approach
