M4 Talent Group are currently recruiting for a Health Safety Advisor on behalf of one of our well-established clients based in Dunstable. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Health Safety professional who enjoys working within a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting site compliance, driving safe working practices, overseeing MHE training activities, and promoting a positive health and safety culture across the operation. Working hours are Monday to Friday. Duties will include: Supporting the Health Safety Manager with site audits, inspections, investigations and compliance activities. · Assisting with accident reporting, record keeping and the monitoring of corrective actions. · Monitoring health and safety standards across the site and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement. · Managing and coordinating MHE training activities to ensure operational requirements are met. · Reviewing training documentation and ensuring records remain up to date and compliant. · Delivering MHE training and refresher training in line with industry best practice and recognised standards.
