M4 Recruitment are looking for an experienced Class 2 Driver to join abusy transport operation in Colnbrook.

This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity offering stable weekday hours, excellent long-term prospects, and the chance to become part of a professional haulage team.

The Role
As a Class 2 Driver, you'll be responsible for transporting a wide range of goods across the UK, with occasional deliveries and collections involving Ireland.

You'll ensure freight is delivered safely, securely, and on time while providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of compliance.

Completing scheduled collections and deliveries throughout the UK, with occasional work involving Ireland.

Safely loading, unloading, and securing goods before transport.

Completing delivery notes, transport documentation, and PODs accurately.

Planning routes efficiently while adhering to delivery schedules.

Ensuring compliance with driver hours, tachograph regulations, and road transport legislation.

Communicating with the transport office regarding progress, delays, or any issues on route.

Providing a professional and courteous service to customers at collection and delivery points.

Occasionally staying away overnight when required to meet operational demands.

Requirements

Valid Class 2 (Category C) Licence .

Minimum of 2 years' Class 2 driving experience .

Valid DBS check (essential).

Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.

Reliable, punctual, and flexible with a positive attitude.

Good understanding of UK driving regulations and transport compliance.
