Class 2 Home Delivery Driver
We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Class 2 Home Delivery Drivers to join a growing team.
The role involves delivering goods directly to customers' homes, providing a friendly and professional service while ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle in accordance with company and legal requirements.
- Deliver goods to customers' homes across the local area.
- Load and unload deliveries safely, including some manual handling.
- Provide excellent customer service at every delivery.
- Complete delivery paperwork and electronic records accurately.
- Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
- Work efficiently to meet delivery schedules.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Requirements
- Valid Class 2 (Category C) driving licence.
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit, as the role involves lifting and carrying.
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
- A professional and friendly attitude.
