Warehouse Processing Operative

Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 Pay Rate: £13.02 per hour Job Type: Full-Time | Ongoing Work About the Role M4 Specialist are currently recruiting Warehouse Processing Operatives for a busy logistics and distribution operation. This is a physically active role involving the movement, sorting, and processing of parcels on the warehouse floor, as well as loading and unloading delivery vehicles to ensure goods are dispatched and received efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and being part of a hardworking team. Key Responsibilities * Move and process parcels safely across the warehouse floor. * Sort packages accurately for onward distribution. * Load and unload delivery vehicles efficiently. * Scan and prepare parcels for dispatch. * Ensure all goods are handled with care to prevent damage. * Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment. * Follow all warehouse procedures and health & safety regulations. * Work towards daily productivity and operational targets. Requirements * Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential. * Ability to carry out manual handling duties and work on your feet throughout the shift. * Strong attention to detail. * Reliable, punctual, and hardworking. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team. * Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
