Job Title: Manufacturing Operative

Salary: £12.88 per hour (Weekdays), £13.63 per hour (Weekends)
Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts 6am to 6pm or 6pm to 6am
Job Overview: Coca-Cola is seeking reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Operatives to join our production team. This role involves operating machinery, monitoring production lines, and ensuring the highest standards of product quality and safety are maintained throughout the manufacturing process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor production machinery in a fast-paced environment
- Conduct routine quality checks and record production data accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene across the production area
- Follow all health and safety procedures and report any hazards
- Assist with product changeovers and basic maintenance tasks
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Physically fit and able to work on your feet for extended periods
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment
