We're seeking a skilled Yard Shunter to join our night team at a busy distribution centre. If you're confident driving large vehicles and have a knack for managing a yard, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle & Trailer Movement: Safely manoeuvring HGVs and trailers around the yard and warehouse areas.

• Safety & Inspections: Performing routine safety checks and inspections to ensure vehicles and trailers are roadworthy and comply with regulations.

• Coupling & Uncoupling: Efficiently connecting and disconnecting trailer units.

• Site Support: Assisting with smooth operations across transport, production, and distribution, especially during loading and unloading.

• Health & Safety: Maintaining a strong focus on safety, reporting hazards, and preventing accidents.

What We're Looking For:

• HGV Class 1 Licence

• Reliability, safety-consciousness, and a team-oriented attitude

• Experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not required
