This role is essential to ensuring efficient logistics and the timely transport of goods between depots and distribution centers. Shift & Start Times 24/7 OPERATION - VARIOUS START TIMES AVAILABLE Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week minimum Competitive Pay Rates: Weekdays (08:00 - 19:00) – £19.63 Weeknights (19:00 - 08:00) – £22.43 Overtime £29.45 after working 40 hours a week. Key Responsibilities: Trunking Operations: Safely complete assigned trunking routes, ensuring timely deliveries. Vehicle Inspections: Conduct pre- and post-trip checks, reporting any defects. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all road safety regulations and company policies. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, including delivery notes and logbooks. Communication: Keep the logistics team updated on delivery progress and any issues. Professionalism: Provide excellent customer service and represent the company positively.
