£13.00 per hour | Monday to Friday | 08:00 - 17:00 | Temp to Perm

A well-established manufacturing business in Banbury is looking for an experienced Band Saw Operative to join its production team.

This is a hands-on role within a busy workshop environment, suited to someone who has experience operating band saws and other electric cutting equipment. The successful candidate will play an important part in supporting production requirements while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating band saw machinery safely and efficiently
• Cutting materials accurately to specification
• Supporting daily production targets
• Carrying out quality checks on finished work
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area

Requirements

• Previous band saw operating experience
• Experience using electric saws within a manufacturing or production environment
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Reliable and committed approach to work
