Minibus Driver
Location: Dartford (DA2) / Tonbridge
Pay Rate: £16.56 per hour
Shift Pattern: 4 on, 4 off
M4 Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and professional Minibus Driver to provide employee transport between Dartford (DA2) and Tonbridge .
This is an ongoing role offering a consistent shift pattern , regular routes , and the opportunity to play a key part in supporting a busy operation.
The Role
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient transportation of employees between Dartford and Tonbridge at scheduled times throughout the day.
Daily Schedule
06:00 - 08:30
Transport night shift employees from Dartford to Tonbridge
Collect day shift employees from Tonbridge and bring them to Dartford
16:55 - 18:30
Transport day shift employees from Dartford to Tonbridge
20:40 - 22:00
Collect night shift employees from Tonbridge and transport them to Dartford
Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence
D1 entitlement preferred
Previous minibus, shuttle, or passenger transport experience desirable
Excellent timekeeping and reliability
Professional and customer-focused approach
Good knowledge of road safety regulations
