Weekend Forklift Driver Location: Patchway, Bristol Hours: Saturday and Sunday 12-hour shifts with a one-hour unpaid break each day Paid hours: 22 hours per week Pay: £21.85 per hour Contract: Temporary to permanent We are recruiting an experienced Counterbalance or Reach Truck Driver to join a large, well-established national company based in Patchway, Bristol. This is a weekend-only position , working every Saturday and Sunday. Due to the availability required, this must be your only employment . Duties will include: Operating a counterbalance or reach forklift safely Loading and unloading incoming and outgoing goods Booking in and scanning stock Managing goods-in and goods-out processes Moving and consolidating stock Completing accurate stock checks and paperwork Following all health and safety procedures Keeping the warehouse clean, organised and safe Communicating effectively with colleagues and management Supporting with general warehouse duties when required Essential requirements: A Counterbalance or Reach Truck licence In-house forklift licences can be accepted Candidates with a recently expired RTITB-accredited licence may also be considered, with refresher training available Previous forklift and warehouse experience Full availability every Saturday and Sunday This position must be your only job Good communication and teamwork skills A reliable, organised and safety-conscious approach Strong attention to detail when scanning and handling stock This is an excellent opportunity to join a successful national company with strong contracts, supportive management, a friendly team and the potential to secure a permanent position.
