- Week 2: Sunday to Saturday, with one weekday off

We are looking for a proactive and organised Night Transport Administrator to join our growing transport team in Didcot. This is a temp to perm, full-time night shift role supporting the smooth running of our overnight transport operation. You will play a key part in ensuring drivers are supported, deliveries stay on schedule, and any issues are dealt with efficiently. If you are calm under pressure, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent organisational skills, we would like to hear from you. This is a temp-perm role so it will lead to a permanent contract if successful.
The Role
As our Night Transport Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating overnight transport activities and providing administrative support to the transport operation. You will work closely with drivers and the planning team to ensure deliveries and collections run as smoothly as possible.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor the progress of vehicles throughout the night using transport management and vehicle tracking systems.
- Communicate regularly with drivers to provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure routes are completed efficiently.
- Prepare and issue driver paperwork, ensuring all instructions are accurate.
