Salary: £23,965 per year.
Job Description: We are seeking Production Operatives to work in Bicester, Oxfordshire. You will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging products in a clean room environment. Due to the nature of the position, no make-up or visible jewellery is allowed to be worn in the clean room environment, following strict hygiene and safety protocols. No experience is needed; all training will be provided.
Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment and carry out production tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and comply with clean room protocols.
- Must wear FULL PPE at all times (PPE provided).
- Perform quality checks.
- Report any problems/defects to the shift lead.
- Work as part of a team to meet production targets.
Requirements:
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions/procedures.
- Must speak and read English well.
- Must be comfortable wearing PPE at ALL times.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and work well in a team.
Experience: No experience necessary; all training will be provided.
