We are searching on behalf of our client for Production Operatives. The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 - 16:30 OR 10:00 - 18:00.

Salary: £23,965 per year.

Job Description: We are seeking Production Operatives to work in Bicester, Oxfordshire. You will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packaging products in a clean room environment. Due to the nature of the position, no make-up or visible jewellery is allowed to be worn in the clean room environment, following strict hygiene and safety protocols. No experience is needed; all training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate equipment and carry out production tasks.
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with clean room protocols.
  • Must wear FULL PPE at all times (PPE provided).
  • Perform quality checks.
  • Report any problems/defects to the shift lead.
  • Work as part of a team to meet production targets.

Requirements:

  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions/procedures.
  • Must speak and read English well.
  • Must be comfortable wearing PPE at ALL times.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and work well in a team.

Experience: No experience necessary; all training will be provided.
