M4 recruitment are currently looking to recruit a Multiple Production Operatives for their established client in Wokingham 07.00am to 19.30 pm & 19.00 to 07.30 You will be required to do both shifts 2 days on 2 days off To manufacture high quality and defect free product in accordance with current work instructions, and achieve established weekly production targets, whilst complying in full with the Quality System, Environmental and Health and Safety Procedures. To observe all health and safety requirements laid down by the company, including the wearing of appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) where and when necessary. Staff will be responsible for keeping any PPE provided safe and well maintained and advise their Supervisor/Team Leader should it require replacement. To manufacture of Breathing Systems, Absorbent Canisters, Filters, Foam Material, Mouldings and Sub-Assemblies in accordance to Intersurgical Quality Procedures and Work Instructions To highlight any component shortages, which will be detrimental to output to their immediate supervisor/Team Leader. To keep scrap product and wastage to a minimum without compromising product safety or cleanliness. Staff are responsible for reporting scrap their Supervisor/Team Leader so that it can be recorded accordingly.
