What You'll Do:
- Be the microbiological expert on-site, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
- Lead microbiological testing on products, raw materials, and the environment to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
- Partner with R&D and Production teams to support the safe launch of new, sensitive products.
- Investigate and resolve microbiological deviations, using your expertise to drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Own and improve site microbiological validation—covering hygiene, equipment, and CIP (Clean-in-Place) systems.
- Monitor site-wide microbiological trends, proactively identifying and addressing potential contamination risks.
- Keep the lab running at its best—managing equipment, inventories, and embracing new technologies to enhance efficiency.
