Job Overview: M4 Recruitment is currently recruiting an experienced 7.5 Tonne Driver to join a well-established operation based in Dunstable. This is a multi-drop role covering local and surrounding areas, offering consistent hours and competitive pay.
Working Hours:
- Shift: 07:30 – 17:30
- Hours per day: 9 hours
- Break: 60-minute unpaid break
Key Responsibilities:
- Driving a 7.5 tonne vehicle to complete multi-drop deliveries
- Completing an average of 16–20 drops per day
- Covering delivery areas including: LU7, HP4, HP5, HP16, HP17, HP18, HP19, HP20, HP21, HP22, HP23
- Assisting with the IB sort and loading the flow for the first 90 minutes of each shift
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and on time
- Completing relevant paperwork and vehicle checks
- Maintaining a professional and customer-focused attitude at all times
Requirements:
- Valid C1 (7.5 Tonne) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous multi-drop delivery experience preferred
- Good geographical knowledge of the local areas
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
