Your Role Includes:

  • Driving a Class 2 Recycling/Refuse Vehicle safely and efficiently.
  • Assisting with waste collection, including pushing and pulling bins (up to 25kg).
  • Loading and unloading recycling boxes.
  • Performing daily vehicle checks and managing mobile IT equipment to complete paperwork.
  • Occasionally supporting other departments such as Recycling and Garden Waste.

  • Solid understanding of tacho laws and regulations.
  • A good fitness level – you’ll be lifting up to 25kg, so we’ll need you to be physically prepared.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Great communication skills and a commitment to safety.
