Full Job Description: Our client is looking for an experienced HGV Class 2 Multi-drop Delivery Driver to work for their well-established distribution company based in Warrington (WA2 8JA). You will be working as part of a team where high-quality standards are implemented throughout the business. You will be delivering different kinds of flooring from laminate flooring to artificial grass. This is a Temp to Perm position. Shifts for the role of Class 2 driver: • Tuesday to Friday – Days 6.30am starts (Induction 5.30am on first shift) Duties of a Class 2 driver will include: • Cross checking of products. • Delivering in Warrington and the surrounding areas (good road knowledge advantage) • Performing daily vehicle safety checks in line with current guidelines. • Dealing with product returns. • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment • Ensure all policies are adhered to • Excellent understanding of driving hours and manual entries • Passionate about delivering great customer service • Maintain a professional image when driving a company vehicle Requirements for the role of Class 2 driver: • Valid Class 2 (C) Licence essential • Up to date Digitacho and CPC • Attitude is the most essential criteria, a team player & hardworking. • Exceptional communication skills • Full UK driving license is essential The Benefits of working as a Class 2 driver: • Starting …
