M4 Recruitment are recruiting Multi-Drop Van Drivers on behalf of our client, a reputable courier company based in Worcester. The company specializes in multi-drop deliveries, providing reliable and efficient services to customers across the region. The Role: As a Van Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and timely delivery and collection of parcels to multiple locations within your designated route. This is a fast-paced position, ideal for drivers who enjoy being on the road and delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Multi-drop delivery and collection of parcels across Worcester, Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Stratford Upon Avon, and surrounding areas
- Completing deliveries efficiently and in line with daily schedules
- Maintaining accurate delivery and collection records
- Providing a high level of customer service at each delivery point
- Carrying out vehicle checks and keeping the van clean and roadworthy
- Complying with all health & safety and driving regulations
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving License (Category B)
- No more than 6 penalty points
- Previous multi-drop courier experience preferred but not essential
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of the Northampton area and surrounding routes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- In-date DBS Certificate required
- Physically fit and able to handle parcels
Pay Rates:
- Monday to Friday: Β£14.25 per hour
- Overtime (after 45 hours): Β£21.38 per hour
