M4 Recruitment are recruiting Courier Drivers in the Northampton area! Our client is a reputable courier company specializing in multidrop deliveries, providing reliable and efficient services to our customers. We pride ourselves on creating a positive working environment and offering excellent opportunities for growth and development paying £15.65 per hour.
Job Role: As a Courier Driver, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and timely delivery of packages to multiple locations within your designated route. This is a fast-paced role, ideal for drivers who enjoy being out on the road and interacting with customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering parcels to multiple locations (multidrop) in Northampton and surrounding areas.
- Ensuring timely and efficient deliveries in line with daily schedules.
- Maintaining accurate records of deliveries and collections.
- Providing excellent customer service during deliveries.
- Performing vehicle checks and ensuring the van is kept clean and roadworthy.
- Adhering to all health & safety and driving regulations.
- Full UK Driving License (Cat B) with no more than 6 penalty points.
- Previous experience in multidrop courier deliveries is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of the Park Royal area and surrounding routes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- DBS Certificate is essential to start working.
- Physically fit and able to handle parcels.
