M4 Recruitment are recruiting full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our Clients warehouse team working at their distribution centre in Bicester.
You will be working on a shift pattern of 5 from 7 with start times between 1400 - 2200.
Pay
Hourly rate of pay up to £14.73 per hour.
Job role
- Perform a range of warehouse tasks including goods in, handballing and palletising products.
- Pick orders using voice pick system and LLOP trucks.
- Ensure meeting operational standards and customer service requirements.
- Maintain high quality performance in all activities adhering to safe manual handling practices.
Experience / Skills needed
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a team and on your own when required.
- Great attention to detail and high standards of English and Maths.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse is desirable.
