We are recruiting experienced HGV Class 2 Drivers for our customer, a national home improvement retailer based in Northampton (NN4). Drivers will be delivering cages & wheeled dollies into NDCs & stores.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday
- Start times between 00.00 and 46:00
- Approximately 45 hours per week
Pay & Contract
- £18.18 per hour
- Temp to perm opportunity
Key Responsibilities
- Delivery of cages & wheeled dollies into NDCs & stores
- Manual handling of goods as part of a two-person team
- Working efficiently to meet delivery schedules
- Maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) license
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card and Driver CPC
- Minimum 6 months driving experience considered
- Maximum of 6 minor penalty points
- Good timekeeping and ability to work unsupervised
- Physically fit with manual handling experience
- In-date DBS check required
