M4 Recruitment are recruiting full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our Clients warehouse team working at their distribution centre in Harlow.

You will be working on a shift pattern of 5 from 7 with start times between 0600 - 1400 / 1400 - 2200.

Pay: Hourly rate of pay up to £14.73 per hour.

Job role:

  • Perform a range of warehouse tasks including goods in, handballing and palletising products.
  • Pick orders using voice pick system and LLOP trucks.
  • Ensure meeting operational standards and customer service requirements.
  • Maintain high quality performance in all activities adhering to safe manual handling practices.

Experience / Skills needed:

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work in a team and on your own when required.
  • Great attention to detail and high standards of English and Maths.
  • Previous experience working in a warehouse is desirable.
