We are currently recruiting experienced Multi-Drop Home Delivery Drivers for our client, a national distribution company specializing in the delivery of flat-pack home furnishings. Our client offers a wide range of products, from coffee tables to wardrobes, and we are seeking drivers who are committed to providing outstanding service while ensuring on-time deliveries within the local area.

Rates of pay: £14.04 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Vehicle Safety: Perform thorough vehicle safety checks and take appropriate action when necessary to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Efficient Loading: Load goods in a safe, organized manner to ensure timely delivery, and complete any necessary pre-delivery checks.
- Customer Deliveries: Deliver goods to customers' homes, carry items into the nominated room, and perform risk assessments on-site to prevent injury and damage to property.
What We're Looking For:
- Full UK Driving License: Must have held a valid Full UK Driver's License for a minimum of 24 months.
- Customer-Focused Attitude: You will be dedicated to delivering the best possible customer experience and take the initiative to problem-solve when issues arise.
- Health & Safety Conscious: A strong focus on Health & Safety, with the ability to risk assess your environment and make safe decisions.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail when performing vehicle checks, managing deliveries, and completing any necessary documentation.
- Experienced Driver: Proficient in using GPS and maps to navigate efficiently.
What You'll Need to Do to Be Successful:
- Complete vehicle safety checks and take appropriate action if needed.
- Load and secure goods in a safe and organized manner, ensuring timely deliveries.
- Deliver goods directly to customers' homes, ensuring high levels of service and attention to detail.
- Conduct risk assessments and maintain a safe delivery environment.
- Manage the collection and processing of returned goods in accordance with company policies.
Requirements:
- DBS Check: An in-date DBS check is required for this role.
- Drug & Alcohol Testing: You will undergo a pre-employment drug and alcohol test prior to starting.
