We are currently recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join a busy delivery operation based in Bristol (BS37 5NS). This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and professional driver looking for ongoing work with the potential of a permanent position.
Job Role
- Delivering desktop and coffee machines to commercial customers
- Completing between 3–5 deliveries per day
- Driving primarily an HGV Class 2 vehicle, with occasional use of a 7.5T vehicle when required
- Working as part of a double-manned crew alongside another driver
- Ensuring all deliveries are completed safely and professionally
- Providing excellent customer service on site
Requirements
- Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid CPC and Digi Tacho Card
- Maximum of 6 penalty points (no major endorsements)
- Previous delivery driving experience preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
