M4 Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing e-commerce fulfilment provider based in Calne. Due to continued growth and a recent move to larger premises, our client is looking to add a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small but ambitious business that values commitment, rewards performance, and offers genuine long-term career progression.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (08:00β17:00). One Saturday per month is required in exchange for a weekday. Saturday hours are 09:00-16:00. Overtime is available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
- Managing stock levels, including receiving and dispatching goods
- Fulfilling eBay and Amazon orders using in-house systems
- Accurately recording and tracking stock using Google Sheets and online software
- Maintaining clear and professional communication with customers when required
- Keeping the warehouse clean, tidy, and safe at all times
- Working independently and as part of a small team to meet daily targets
Candidate Requirements:
- Hardworking, reliable, and proactive with a positive attitude
- Self-motivated with a committed approach to work
- Previous warehouse or fulfilment experience preferred but not essential
- Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Physically fit and comfortable lifting boxes and standing for long periods
- Confident using basic computer systems, including Google Sheets or Excel
- Well organised with excellent time management and communication skills
