M4 Recruitment are looking for a highly organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join our clients dynamic team based in Cirencester. In this role, you will provide crucial support to the sales department, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient customer account management. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks to support the team and help drive overall efficiency.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:00)
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately process customer orders and ensure timely fulfilment.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales databases.
- Prepare quotes, sales reports, and other supporting documents for the sales team.
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries, offering professional and helpful assistance.
- Coordinate with internal departments (finance, logistics, operations) to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
- Assist with the organisation of sales meetings, prepare presentations, and track team performance.
- Support the broader sales team with various administrative tasks as required.
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in a sales administration or office administration role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Friendly, approachable, and confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
