M4 Recruitment is working on behalf of a leading global interiors brand to recruit a Production & Sampling Operative for their Windsor-based warehouse. This is a rare opportunity to join a company recognised for luxury, craftsmanship, and precision in bespoke interior products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee production and sampling of luxury textiles and accessories
- Operate and maintain industrial sewing machines (including overlock and semi-automated)
- Ensure high standards of quality control for incoming and outgoing products
- Manage stock of packaging materials and production components
- Cut and inspect fabrics; pattern matching and low-waste cutting
- Work with SAP Business One and production management systems
- Support warehouse operations and cover for team members as needed
- Label, steam, and press fabric samples
- Maintain a clean and efficient working environment
