A unique opportunity has emerged within M4 as we launch a brand new, forward thinking Business Manager position within our South West Territory. We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded recruitment professional with a high energy approach to sales and client relationship management. This hands on role combines new business development, account growth, and the end to end management of client fulfilment, ensuring booking quality, service consistency, and long lasting partnerships. This is purely a sales and service role; all recruitment, onboarding and compliance activities are handled by our Talent team.
