M4 Recruitment are seeking a reliable and organised Part-Time Administrator to join our client's team in Swindon. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a supportive office environment. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, providing essential support to the team, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and clients.

Hours: Monday – Thursday, 4 hours per day (flexible within these days)

Salary: Β£14.50 per hour for the first 3 months, increasing to Β£15.00 per hour thereafter

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
  • Managing and processing supplier invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documentation
  • Supporting general office administration, including filing, scanning, and data entry
  • Assisting with correspondence via email and post, ensuring timely responses
  • Maintaining accurate records of office supplies and coordinating orders as needed
  • Supporting ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects as required by the team
Skills and Experience:
  • Previous administrative or office experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office software
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a busy environment
  • Professional and friendly telephone manner
