M4 Recruitment are seeking a motivated and confident Lead Generator to support our Client's Sales team by strengthening the sales pipeline based in Cricklade. This role focuses on contacting new and existing customers from an established database to identify upcoming projects and generate opportunities for quotations. This is a phone-based role, with the majority of the day spent on outbound calls, and requires excellent organisation and accurate record-keeping.
Pay Rate: £13–£15 per hour (depending on experience)
Working Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 09:00 – 16:00 (1-hour unpaid break each day)
- Friday: 08:00 – 13:00 (1-hour unpaid break)
- Plus 10 additional flexible hours per week, to be worked between 07:30 and 18:30 to allow for the early Friday finish
Key Responsibilities:
- Making a high volume of outbound calls to new and existing customers
- Using the company’s existing database to identify potential opportunities
- Identifying upcoming projects and gathering relevant information for the Sales team
- Generating qualified leads and opportunities for quotation
- Accurately recording conversations, outcomes, and follow-up actions
- Keeping prospect calendars and CRM records fully up to date
- Maintaining a professional and confident telephone manner at all times
Candidate Requirements:
- Confident communicator with a strong telephone presence
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Able to accurately track conversations and follow-ups
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach
- Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, or a similar role is desirable but not essential
