M4 recruitment are currently recruiting for Farm Labourers based in Great Missenden and the surrounding areas. You MUST be able to get to Great Missenden for a 06:30 start, or if you live further afield you must be able to drive as there is very limited public transport access.

Main Duties:

  • General upkeep and maintenance of the farm.
  • Assisting in loading the vans at the end of the day.

Required Skills:

  • Must be comfortable working around animals.
  • Must be okay with some moderately heavy lifting.

Previous Experience:

  • No experience necessary, just a positive attitude and willingness to work hard.
  • Must have full UK right to work.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 06:30 - 15:30. Weekend work will also be required but days can be picked by the candidate.

Pay:

  • Standard Rate - £12.04 an hour
  • Overtime Rate - £16.01 an hour
  • Weekend Rate - £16.01 an hour
