M4 Recruitment are currently looking for a reliable and motivated Counter Balance Fork Lift Driver to join our clients close-knit team within a fast-paced, well-organised distribution environment. This role is ideal for someone with previous warehouse experience who thrives on being hands-on and enjoys working as part of a supportive team.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (08:30 - 17:00)
Key Responsibilities:
- Use the warehouse management system to monitor stock levels and track inventory accurately
- Receive and ship goods in line with company procedures
- Pick, pack, and label products for dispatch
- Assist in product assembly and light manufacturing tasks as needed
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training can be provided)
- Handle and move goods, including occasional heavy lifting
- Maintain a tidy and organised warehouse space
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred
- Familiarity with stock control systems is desirable
- Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks
- Valid Counter Balance License
- Strong team ethic with the ability to work independently when needed
- Must have your own transport, as the site is not accessible via public transport and lacks pedestrian access
