Cabinet Maker

M4 Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a well-established bespoke furniture workshop in Pewsey, who are seeking skilled Cabinet Makers to support their team during a busy period. This short-term contract is ideal for experienced craftsperson looking to work on high-quality, bespoke projects.

Contract Start Date: 15th December 2025

Hours: 45 hours per week (flexible start time of either 07:00 or 08:00)

Pay Rate: £15.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Producing bespoke cabinets and furniture pieces from drawings and specifications

Using workshop machinery, hand tools, and power tools safely and efficiently

*

Assembling, fitting, and finishing products to a high standard

*

Working with solid wood, veneers, and panel materials

*

Ensuring precise measurements and high-quality workmanship

*

Keeping the workshop clean and organised

*

Working collaboratively to meet production targets and deadlines

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Cabinet Maker or Bench Joiner

*

Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship

Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently within a team
