M4 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced warehouse operation. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual looking for a long-term position with the potential to secure a permanent contract following a successful probation period.

Working Hours: Monday Friday (08:30 17:00)

Pay rate: £13.00 Per Hour

Temp to Perm (following successful probation)

The Role

As a Warehouse Operative, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day warehouse operations. You will be responsible for handling goods, supporting stock control, and working as part of a team to meet daily targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Loading and unloading deliveries

  • Picking and packing orders accurately

  • Moving goods to and from storage areas and racking

  • Assisting with goods-in and goods-out processes

  • Conducting stock checks and supporting inventory control

  • Ensuring all shipments and inventory transactions are accurate

  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment

  • Supporting general warehouse duties as required

  • Previous warehouse experience preferred

  • Strong understanding of health and safety procedures

  • Good attention to detail and accuracy

  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good communication skills
