M4 Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a growing, independent bakery based in Swindon, supplying delicious treats across Wiltshire and Oxfordshire. This is a varied, hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys early mornings, meeting people, and being part of a friendly, fast-paced environment.
What you'll be doing:
- Setting up and running market stalls at local farmers markets and pop-up events
- Delivering fresh products to markets, offices, and other locations
- Providing excellent customer service and engaging with customers
- Handling stock, payments, and cash responsibly
- Representing the brand with energy and professionalism
When you'll work:
- Regular shifts available on Saturdays (essential)
- Additional shifts available on Wednesdays and Thursdays
- Early morning starts required
- Flexible working and job shares considered
What we're looking for:
- Must be 25 or over (due to insurance requirements)
- A full, clean driving license with no more than 6 points
- Confidence driving company vehicles
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable handling stock and cash
