M4 Recruitment are currently seeking reliable and physically fit General Operatives to support a hands-on project based in Calne. This is a temporary position with an immediate start, continuing until the job is completed. For the right candidates, there is potential for a permanent contract at the end of the project.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (0900 - 1700)
Key Responsibilities:
- Manual handling and coiling of cables from bin to bin
- Washing down cables in preparation for rebranding
- Keeping the work area clean and organised
- Working as part of a small team to meet daily targets
- Adhering to all site safety protocols and procedures
Requirements:
- Physically fit and capable of manual labour for extended periods
- Good attention to detail
- Punctual, dependable, and hardworking
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience in a manual or industrial role is desirable but not essential
