M4 Recruitment are currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator to work for one of the UK’s leading logistics companies based on the outskirts of Swindon. Working Hours: Monday – Friday (09:00 – 17:00) Pay Rate: £12.00 Per Hour As part of this role, you will take responsibility for a range of duties, all with the aim of providing excellent customer service and maintaining efficient administrative processes. Duties and responsibilities: Be an advocate for Health and Safety both internally with colleagues and with Customers and Suppliers Report any site safety or near-miss concerns to the company Health and Safety executive, supporting investigations as required. Ensure adherence and compliance with all in-house policies and procedures. Manage customer enquiries by responding to customer emails and telephone calls, escalating problems as required. Communicate with drivers regarding problems with deliveries and collection. In partnership with the traffic planning team, advise on the et course of action to take. Scanning manifests onto the system and debriefing jobs, noting relevant detail on the in-house system and arranging re-deliveries as required.
