Our well-established client based in Newbury is looking to hire a Supervisor to join their team in the Recycling Yard. This is a full-time, permanent role for the right candidate.
The right candidate will require previous Forklift experience and hold a Counterbalance certificate.
Shift: Monday to Friday 07:00am to 17:00pm
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the processing line, ensuring efficiency and high standards.
- Supervise and support an assistant to maintain productivity and workflow.
- Accurately record weights and outturn reports, ensuring precision and compliance.
- Drive performance to meet and exceed production targets.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe plant/site environment.
- Proactively identify, address, and report faults or potential issues to prevent downtime.
Requirements:
- A valid Counterbalance licence is essential.
- Previous experience operating Forklifts is essential.
- A good level of written and spoken English is ideal.
