On behalf of our valued client, a leading waste management company based in Theale, we are seeking experienced and reliable HGV Class 2 Skip Drivers to join their team. As a Skip Driver, you will be responsible for the efficient and safe delivery, exchange, and collection of skips to a diverse customer base. You will play a vital role in maintaining our client's reputation for prompt and professional service.

Responsibilities:

  • Safely operate HGV Class 2 skip vehicles for the delivery, exchange, and collection of skips.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both domestic and commercial clients.
  • Plan and execute efficient delivery routes across Berkshire and surrounding areas.
  • Ensure accurate completion of delivery and collection paperwork.
  • Conduct daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
  • Adhere to all relevant road traffic laws and EU driving regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy vehicle.

Requirements:

  • Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) driving license.
  • Valid Driver CPC qualification.
  • Valid Digital Tachograph card.
  • Proven experience driving Class 2 skip vehicles.
  • No more than 6 penalty points on your driving license.

Shifts: Monday to Friday 06:30am- 16:30. Overtime and weekends available.
