On behalf of Southampton based client, M4 Recruitment are looking for reliable and experienced Porters/ Drivers Mates who can work in an ongoing assignment. You will be working in a two-person team, delivering a very high quality of domestic goods to residential homes and expected to provide the highest level of professional customer service . In addition to this, the job demands an active and hands-on approach with moving heavy items. As aPorter Drivers Mate, your main duties would be as follows: Customer service-related duties Load and unload Assisting other crews to complete work when requested to do so Ensuring that you always maintain a courteous and professional demeanour with the public and your colleagues Undertaking ad-hoc duties as required to maintain a safe, clean working environment and service to our customers. The client is offering: Full training Parking on site Subsided canteen Safety measures are in place To be a successful applicant for this position Porter/ Drivers Mate, you will be required to have the following skills. Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with colleagues A team player Reliable, punctual A safety-first mind-set The ability tofollow detailed processesto ensure the Health and Safety procedures are followed.
