M4 Recruitment is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor for a Temporary to Permanent role in Reading. Working Monday to Friday from 11.00 – 2100 your role will be to oversee the smooth running of the evening operation so you will need to be comfortable working on your own initiative within network regulations. Reporting directly to the Depot Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of the operation to include organising collections, entering bookings on our in-house system, labelling and scanning pallets onto vehicles, loading and unloading vehicles, Warehouse/storage management and maintaining an efficient flow of vehicles through the yard. You will need a good telephone manner and must enjoy dealing with people as you will be liaising directly with our customers as well as working with our Drivers and other Depots. Managerial experience in a busy logistics environment is essential for this role. Salary £32,000 per year.
