M4 Specialist are searching on behalf of our busy client for a Sales Support Op. Driving licence essential. Previous employment experience preferred. £26,000 pa. Full time role. Hours of work: Mon-Sat 8:45-17:30, Day off in the week and we are closed Sundays & Bank Holidays currently.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support the sales team whilst they assist customers by hosting the showroom and helping waiting customers with refreshments etc.
- Responding to general customer enquiries received in person, by phone or email and passing on leads to the sales team once they are free if they are engaged with other customers at the time of enquiry.
- Assisting the sales team with the photographing and uploading of new stock to online websites/portals.
- Maintain and drive our social media platforms with regular content.
- Working with the current sales team to maintain and upkeep both the forecourt and showroom presentation to the highest standards.
