M4 Recruitment are currently looking to recruit Multiple Production Operatives for their established client in Wokingham. Shifts are from 07:00 am to 19:30 pm & 19:00 to 07:30. You will be required to do both shifts, working 2 days on and 2 days off. Pay is £13.68.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Manufacturing high quality and defect-free products in accordance with current work instructions.
- Achieving established weekly production targets while complying with the Intersurgical Quality System, Environmental and Health and Safety Procedures.
- Observing all health and safety requirements laid down by the company, including wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when necessary.
- Keeping any PPE provided safe and well maintained, and advising your Supervisor/Team Leader should it require replacement.
- Manufacturing Breathing Systems, Absorbent Canisters, Filters, Foam Material, Mouldings, and Sub-Assemblies in accordance with Quality Procedures and Work Instructions.
- Highlighting any component shortages that may be detrimental to output to your immediate Supervisor/Team Leader.
- Minimising scrap product and wastage without compromising product safety or cleanliness.
- Reporting scrap to your Supervisor/Team Leader so that it can be recorded accordingly.
