M4 Recruitment are recruiting full-time Warehouse Operatives to join our Clients warehouse team working at their distribution centre in Northampton. You will be working on a shift pattern of 5 from 7 with start times between 06:00 – 22:00.
Pay: Hourly rate of pay between £12.89 - £18 per hour (shift dependent).
Job role:
- Perform a range of warehouse tasks including goods in, handballing and palletising products.
- Pick orders using voice pick system and LLOP trucks.
- Ensure meeting operational standards and customer service requirements.
- Maintain high quality performance in all activities adhering to safe manual handling practices.
Experience / Skills needed:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a team and on your own when required.
- Great attention to detail and high standards of English and Maths.
- Previous experience working in a warehouse is desirable.
