M4 Specialist are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to work in our clients Frozen Food Warehouse in Didcot. As a Freezer operative, you will work as part of a team to achieve daily goals.
Shifts available:
- Double days - 0600 to 14.00 & 14.00 to 22.00 week about (Monday to Friday or Sunday to Thursday)
- Night Shift - 22.00 to 06.00 - Limited Positions
Pay:
- 06.00 to 18.00 (£14.21 ph + £1.50 ph Freezer Pay - £15.71 ph)
- 08.00 to 22.00 (£16.34 ph + £1.50 ph Freezer Pay - £17.84 ph)
- 22.00 to 06.00 (£17.76 ph + £1.50 ph Freezer Pay - £19.26 ph)
Duties:
- The picking, packing and loading of our customer food orders for delivery
- Processing goods in effectively and efficiently
- Performing stock checks as and when necessary
- Replenishing the DC with goods in stock
- Performing the necessary hygiene checks
The following are desirable, however, full training is provided regardless of prior experience:
- Previous warehouse experience
- LLOP or PPT truck experience
- Counterbalance truck license / experience
- FLT license / experience
These roles are primarily deployed in the Freezer Department, which carries an extra payment per hour of £1.50, whilst deployed in the Freezer only. From time to time, colleagues may be deployed in another Chamber to meet Customer requirements. These are all temp to perm roles for the right candidates.
