We are recruiting on behalf of our Client, a global distribution company for Counterbalance FLT drivers to join their teams based out of their Distribution Centre in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire to work on a combination role on nights. Sunday to Thursday 10PM - 6AM £16.13 per hour, OT after 40 hours.
FLT License must be either RTITB or ITSSAR accredited. You will be required to work in the warehouse and this role can be more than just FLT work; you will be loading and unloading vehicles using a boom attachment and on occasion operating machinery when you are not on the forklift.
Full training will be given on all equipment.
Responsibilities:- Working within a team, under pressure and handling a fast-paced busy environment
- Operating rolling machinery (training given)
- Loading and unloading of vehicles (using FLT truck)
- Available to work weekly as per the shift pattern
- Current Counterbalance license essential
- Driving license desirable to be able to travel to and from location
- Experience with a book attachment on the forklift
- Loading Vehicles racking
- Counterbalance FLT experience, and had a refresher within the last 3 years (RTITB or ITSSAR)
- Physically fit
