M4 Specialist are recruiting for a Class 2 Driver to join a fantastic local business in South Kirkby, Pontefract. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity with a supportive team and a great working environment. If you're experienced in Class 2 driving and don't mind hands-on work, this could be the perfect role for you!
The Role of a Class 2 Driver:
- Driving a Class 2 vehicle to customer sites
- Collecting waste (bags/eurobins) and manually loading onto the vehicle
- Offloading unit to Titan (full training provided)
- Ideally, some bin-lifting experience (preferred, not essential)
Shift Details for a Class 2 Driver:
- Monday to Friday
- Start time: 1pm
- Occasional weekend overtime available
What We're Looking For in a Class 2 Driver:
- Valid UK Class 2 licence, CPC, and Digi Tacho
- A positive, team-player attitude and strong work ethic
- Physically fit; this role involves manual handling
- Good communication skills
Pay & Benefits:
- Β£16.37/hour (PAYE)
- Overtime available: Saturday: Β£20.49/hour, Sunday/Bank Holiday: Β£21.00/hour
