What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, including:
- Developing new business and nurturing existing client relationships
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Managing bookings and filling vacancies efficiently
- Providing outstanding service to both clients and candidates
- Working closely with the branch team to hit objectives and exceed targets
This is a rewarding, hands-on role where no two days are the same.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous recruitment experience (preferred but not essential if you’ve got the drive!)
- Excellent communication and people skills
- A proactive mindset and strong work ethic
- Ability to multitask and manage your own workload
- Confidence in building strong client relationships
